Apparently I have shit stand-up. Stand up and fight me, we’ll see. I do realize it was constructive criticism, but you don’t go paying out the martial art that I have spent so many years perfecting. I do need to start Muai Tai soon, but for now I can defiantly handle myself on the feet…

Don’t get me started on Karate! It’s terrible.

I’m slowly realizing that the world, mainly Geelong is a shit place. The fight scene is supposed to be the meanest part of town but in actual fact it is the most friendly. The people here are misguided and ruin their own and other peoples lives. Thankfully I have received discipline from my sport and still maintain a clear head.

Started Jiu Jitsu last week, probably the most fun whilst learning I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately I hit it hard, while participating in the adults class I bruised my tailbone (coxic bone) and have been unable to train and move 100%.

I’m feeling great, my operation went well. Although minor, any operation can go wrong. I’m in a good mood, I’m fresh and I’m ready to hit the gym again. As long as I pace myself and don’t take too many to the jaw, I’ll be fine.
